This typeface generates graphs and charts by representing numerals graphically. I’m really looking forward to when it’s available as a webfont.

A Type of Family

The College for Creative Studies Graphic Design Department Student Exhibition.

Lines and dots were used as the building blocks for this project because every graphic designer that goes through CCS starts by taking Type I, a class that teaches how to use these simple shapes to create compositions that give a meaning greater than the original parts. If we take this concept and apply it to us as individuals in the graphic department, it reinforces the idea that we are greater as a team and family than we are alone.
